- Before we deliver machine to customer, the customer can dispatch technical engineer to learn operation skills and machinery knowledge.

- If customer need a operation engineer, we will look for suitable engineer.(We keep in touch with engineers who need to work abroad.)
- We promise provide after-sale service for our machines all the time.

A2: 30% deposit before production, 60% before shipment, 10% after installation at buyer's side.
Q3: Where is your factory, how can I go for visit?
A3: Haina machinery located in Jinjiang City, Fujian province, China. You can take plane to Quanzhou airport, we will go to pick up.
Q4: What's your after-sale service?
A4: When the machine were shipped from our factory, we will apply visa for engineer at once. While the machine arrive your factory, we will dispatch them as soon as possible.
Q5: Can you provide raw material?
A5: Sure, we cooperate with many raw material suppliers, they all reliable supplier and good quality products.
